Christmas Closure Notice
Our offices and production facilities will be closed from Wednesday 18th December 2025 and will re-open on Monday 5th January 2026. During this period, our team will be taking a well-earned break, so no communications, manufacturing, or dispatches will be actioned.
Our store will remain open for online orders throughout the festive season, however please note that all lead times will begin from 5th January 2026 once we return, if the order is placed while we are closed.
Pre-Christmas Delivery – Order Cut-Off Dates
Our last order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is Thursday 4th December. Orders placed after this date will have a dispatch date for the new year, factoring in the 2 week break as part of this.
Please note, this advice is offered as general guidance — common sense and flexibility apply. It’s always worth factoring in circumstances that may affect delivery, such as courier delays, loss, damage, or recipient absence.
The festive period is an exceptionally busy time for all logistics networks, and couriers are often working at full capacity. We kindly ask customers to allow a little extra patience and understanding during this time.
