Checking and Reporting – Please Read Carefully
To help us support you quickly and efficiently, it’s really important to check your items as soon as they arrive.
- When your delivery arrives, please inspect all items before signing.
- If you notice any damage — or if you’re unsure — sign as “damaged.”
This simply helps us process any potential claims swiftly on your behalf.
- If your delivery is left unattended, please inspect the items within 48 hours and let us know they were left this way.
- Any transit damage should be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
Photos we require as a bare minimum:
- one photo of the label on the back of the item
- one photo of the damage - this needs to show the damage clearly and fully in the photo. if there are multiple areas, do this for each cluster if possible.
- One photo of the item in it's entirety - so we can see the full product in the picture including the damage - do your best here 👍.
Reports received after this timeframe may not qualify for free replacements, and remedial replacements may be chargeable (at a reduced 30% rate).
👉 Note: If you weren’t given the opportunity to sign as damaged, don’t worry — you can still report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Tradesmen and Fitters
Before scheduling any tradespeople or fitters, please ensure you have received your order in full and confirmed there are no issues.
We can’t accept responsibility for costs or cancellations that result from fitting being booked before delivery has been completed and checked.
If you do encounter any damage, please follow the simple reporting steps outlined above so we can get replacements arranged quickly.
- Damaged item claims are processed within 2 working days once we have all required information.
- Replacement production typically takes 4–7 working days after processing.
Delivery Dates and Availability

If there are specific dates when you’re unable to accept delivery, please let us know when placing your order — either by adding a note in the special comments box at checkout or by sending us an email shortly after ordering.
Sharing this information early helps us plan your delivery efficiently and avoid any inconvenience or delays for you. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we are only able to make adjustments before production or dispatch begins, rather than afterwards.
The same applies to replacement items — as these often fast-tracked, 4 working days usually, so please remind us of your availability when reporting an issue so we can coordinate delivery at a convenient time.
Delivery Pricing
- £4.98 - Vinyl swatch orders: sent via 2nd class Royal Mail, please allow 5 working days
- £21.54 - Order values between £4.98 and £200.00
- £36.00 - Order values between £200.01 and £499.99
- FREE - Order values over £500.00
If you reside in the Highlands, islands, or surcharge postcodes, the 'free over £500' rule will not be valid. Please contact us for more information if this is not clear.
Order Lead Times to Dispatch
(not including 48 hour cooling off period or delivery turnaround)
- Standard-sized or stock-sized doors - Lead time: 5-10 working days (excluding IKEA PAX compatible and made-to-measure items)
- Made-to-measure items - Lead time: up to 7 to 10 working days on average
- IKEA PAX compatible doors - Lead time: 7-10 working days
- Standard-size wardrobe and kitchen doors - Some items are stocked while others are made to order, resulting in varying lead times. Stock items: 5-7 working days, non-stock: 7-10 working days
- Made to measure Solid Ash doors - 25-35 working days approx.
- Sliding Wardrobe Doors - 20 Working Days / 4 Weeks (coming soon)
Highland and Island Postcode Areas
Please note that deliveries to Highland and Island postcode areas may take a little longer to reach you.
- Turnaround times can take an additional 5–7 working days beyond our standard lead times.
- Estimated dispatch and delivery dates for these regions can vary, and final delivery details are often confirmed by the local depot the day before delivery.
If you’re based in a Highland or Island postcode area and are ready to place an order, we recommend contacting us by email beforehand so we can provide more accurate delivery information for your location. In summary, Highland and Island deliveries fall outside our standard turnaround times, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Delivery Process
Our deliveries are carried out using a one-person service, which means items are delivered to the front door only.
- For customers living in flats or upper-floor properties, delivery will be made to the main entrance door of the building.
- Deliveries are typically made between 8 am and 6 pm. Please note that specific time slots are not available.
- Most orders are sent on a 48-hour courier service once they leave our factory. Your quoted turnaround time therefore refers to production and dispatch preparation, not the courier’s delivery window.
When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect all parcels carefully.
- If you notice any damage — or if you’re unsure or not given time to check — we recommend signing as “DAMAGED” to help us resolve any potential issues quickly and efficiently.
Order Processing
We wait 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) before processing your order to allow for potential cancellations. You can waive this by email, we also send you an email with the details surrounding your 48 hour right to amend or cancel, see bespoke terms here. After this period:
- You will receive an estimated dispatch date via email.
- Delivery notifications will be sent 24 to 48 hours before the set delivery date. Please check your inbox, including the spam folder.
*For special deliveries to areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands etc., please contact us for a quotation.
12 Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty
All of our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers faults arising from the materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process under normal domestic use.
If an issue occurs within this period that is found to be a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected item free of charge. Please note:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g., excessive moisture or heat).
- Any issues should be reported as soon as they are noticed, along with photographic evidence, so our team can assess and resolve the matter promptly.
- Replacement items supplied under warranty will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
