We offer nationwide delivery within the U.K., with potential surcharges and extended turnaround timescales for certain areas such as the Highlands and Islands.

IMPORTANT:  Before scheduling tradesmen or fitters, please ensure you have received your order and that there are no damages. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations resulting from booking fittings before delivery completion.  If you do encounter damages we need you to follow the procedure for these as documented in our email communications with you.

Damaged item remedials have a 48 hour turnaround (2 working days) for processing and following that we have a 4-7 working day lead time on replacement production, provided we have all of the information we need from you.

Delivery Pricing

  • £4.98 - Vinyl swatch orders: sent via 2nd class Royal Mail, please allow 5 working days
  • £21.54 - Order values between £4.98 and £200.00
  • £36.00 - Order values between £200.01 and £499.99
  • FREE - Order values over £500.00

If you reside in the Highlands, islands, or surcharge postcodes, the 'free over £500' rule will not be valid. Please contact us for more information if this is not clear.

Order Lead Times to Dispatch 

(not including 48 hour cooling off period or delivery turnaround)

  • Standard-sized or stock-sized doors - Lead time: 5-10 working days (excluding IKEA PAX compatible and made-to-measure items)
  • Made-to-measure items - Lead time: up to 7 to 10 working days on average
  • IKEA PAX compatible doors - Lead time: 7-10 working days
  • Standard-size wardrobe and kitchen doors - Some items are stocked while others are made to order, resulting in varying lead times. Stock items: 5-7 working days, non-stock: 7-10 working days
  • Made to measure Solid Ash doors - 25-35 working days approx.

Highland and Island Postcode areas

  • Turnaround times for highland and island areas can take an additional 5-7 working days.
  • Estimated dispatch dates for these areas are variable and often the final delivering depot will not give us info until the day before delivery.
  • If you are in a highland or island postcode area and have an order ready to place with us, please contact us by email for more information.
  • Just to summarise, highland and island postcodes are not on our standard turnaround times.

Delivery Process

  • Delivery is a one-man service, limited to delivering to the front door only.
  • If you reside in an upstairs flat or similar setup, the driver will only deliver to the main entrance door.
  • Delivery does not include an allocated time slot and typically occurs between 8 am to 6 pm on the delivery day.
  • Almost all deliveries will be on a 48 hour service from our factories, this means your turnaround time does not include the delivery turnaround, just our processing time.

Order Processing

We wait 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) before processing your order to allow for potential cancellations. After this period:

  • You will receive an estimated dispatch date via email.
  • Delivery notifications will be sent 24 to 48 hours before the set delivery date. Please check your inbox, including the spam folder.

*For special deliveries to areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, etc., please contact us for a quotation.
