Here at Shaker2go we strive for excellent customer service.  It is extremely rare that a return or refund is required however inevitably they crop up from time to time.  

Please read the information below so that we can assist you with your requirements.

6 year Warranty against Manufacturing Defects

We provide a safety net for our customers with a 6 year warranty against manufacturer defects.  This means that if a defect arises post-purchase, you can send us photos and a description of the issue via email.  We will then assess the information and if the defect is confirmed to be manufacture related, we will offer a replacement free of charge.  Please see our T's and C's section 13.

Refunds:

Refunds on standard, in-stock items, can be requested by email.  We will fairly consider the circumstances for the refund if required and issue a refund based on our T's and C's.

If you have over ordered a product that is not Made to Measure or a special order, you will need to return the item at your cost and after a brief quality check we will refund the product value accordingly, in line with our T's and C's below.

Cancellations / Cooling Off Period:

For all of our made to measure items, there is a 48 hour cooling off period which allows 48 hours to notify us, in writing, of a cancellation or amendment to your order.  The 48 hour period starts immediately after order and is counted as regular days, not working days.  EG. if you order on a Friday evening, you have until Sunday evening for your allocated 48 hour cooling off period.

Amendments and cancellation requests after this period will be at our discretion and analysed on an order by order basis.  We always strive to assist our customers where possible. 

If an order needs to be cancelled after the 48 hour period and we have already started production of this order, the process is irreversible and the cancellation request will be denied.  If the order in question has not begun processing or manufacture, there may be an option to cancel however the likelihood of this is minimal as we run an efficient and automated manufacture facility.

Returns:

Returns are generally agreed once we have reviewed information relating to the headings shown above.  We review these on a case by case basis, but always fairly and with great customer care in mind.

Replacements:

In the event of a replacement being required eg. for an item damaged in transit or an agreed Warranty defect, we will issue a replacement for the relating item.  If this is made to measure, there will be a fast-track replacement actioned and a dispatch estimate/delivery date will be sent to you in the same format as your original order.

Important Notice Regarding Custom Made Products:

This notice only applies to our consumer customers rather than our business customers. You are a consumer if you are an individual and you are buying products from us wholly or mainly for your personal use and not for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession.

As this is a custom made product, you lose your right as a consumer to cancel this order within the statutory 14 day cooling-off period and if you change your mind you will not receive any refund.

Therefore, we will wait 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) before processing your order to allow you to change your mind and cancel this order which you must do in writing to us to at info@shaker2go.co.uk quoting your name and order number. We will accept your cancellation if received within such 48 hour period but note we may still deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we incur because of your breaking our contract.

However, if you would like us to begin processing your order before such 48 hour period then please contact us at info@shaker2go.co.uk quoting your name and order number below but please note you will have no statutory right to cancel your order and if you change your mind you will not receive any refund.
